Shipping Policy for Dylan & Emma
Thank you for choosing Dylan&Emma! We are deeply grateful for your order and want to ensure that your experience with us is exceptional from the moment you place your order to when it arrives at your door. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:
Our Global Shipping Promise
StyleHeaven is committed to offering premium, unique products at unbeatable prices while maintaining fast and reliable shipping. We manage every step of the process to ensure the highest quality control, allowing us to deliver top-tier items directly to you.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed, it will arrive in 7-14 business days. However, due to our exciting expansion and the move to a new warehouse, some products may experience a slight delay. During this period, the delivery window may extend to 20-25 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Costs
Great news! We are offering FREE shipping on all orders right now. While we usually charge $10.95 per item, we're waiving the shipping fees as part of our special promotion. Please note that if you decide to return an item, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as the original shipping charge.
Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a personal tracking code via email. With this code, you can easily track your order in real-time through our trusted partner, Tracking Panel. Please allow 2-3 days for the first updates to appear.
What Happens If Something Goes Wrong?
Though issues are rare, we’re always here to support you. Here’s what we’ll do in the unlikely event of a problem:
- Damaged Product: If your item arrives damaged, don’t worry – we’ll send a replacement at no extra charge.
- Lost Package: If your package is lost or undeliverable, we’ll send you a new one, free of charge.
- Failed Delivery / Refused Package: If delivery attempts fail or you refuse the package, you’ll have 7 days to collect it from the post office. After that, it will be returned to us, and we’ll send a replacement. Please note that a second refusal or failure to collect may result in a $25 deduction from your refund.
Order Cancellations
Once your order is placed, it’s immediately processed and prepared for shipping. Unfortunately, we can’t cancel orders at this stage. However, if you change your mind, you can easily return your items within 14 days for a full refund.
Customs Fees
Your package may sometimes be inspected by customs. In 99% of cases, no additional customs fees are charged. However, please note that we no longer have control over these charges due to changes in legislation as of July 1, 2021.
